Our feasibility study service is intended as an affordable way for owners to review project ideas and possibilities while laying out their budget and zoning realities. This plan provides these services for the following:

Package 2 | Planning Review Plans and Drawings
Package 2 provides all services in package 1 and once approved; services extend to provide a complete design concept. The completed design concept is delivered in the local city planning or zoning review format with the intent to acquire local city planning/zoning approval.
Package 3 | Owner Build Drawings
For advanced clients, looking to bypass design professionals and hire their own construction team. We can provide package 2 in the form of a building department submittal to aquire a building permit.

Zoning and Planning Report for Your Project Site - Reduce city review time.
Preliminary Site Plans for Your Project - Can be used to compare Contractor and Architect costs.
Preliminary Project Estimate - Avoid reworking designs by starting on track.

Itemized Project Estimate - Look for potential cost savings to make your budget go further.
